They talked me through their limitations since they cook all the pancakes on the same grill, which may be an issue for celiacs. My food was great, I had gluten free pancakes and stole some of my husbands omelet.

The whole family loved all the food and my kids had a great experience. You should be sure to not use the sugar though, because they have oyster crackers in them to prevent moisture.
